PASTURE GRAZE WITH HIGH QUALITY GRAIN SUPPLEMENT
Grain-finished is the choice beef for steakhouse quality cuts. These cattle spend most of their lives in the pasture grazing on grass and other natural forage. The last phase of preparation as they reach their mature size, their diet is supplemented with high quality grain. This produces the beautiful marbling and intense, delicious flavor. Therefore they are “Grain-Finished”. We offer custom orders of whole, half, or quarter calves.
MOSTLY PASTURE GRAZE
Grass-fed beef provides for a lean quality meat. Grass-fed beef is possibly one of the most inconsistent definitions in the industry. Most grass-fed cattle receive some grain to yield some minimal marbling to ensure quality flavor. Our grass-fed cattle consume grain in addition to their pasture grazing in the middle part of their lives. Our grass-fed cattle consume only grass and other forage in the first and final stages of maturation. This produces they lean and healthier cuts of meat without sacrificing flavor. We offer custom orders of whole, half, or quarter calves. We also have 100% USDA state inspected grass-finished hamburger meat available by the pound.
